Rich and creamy homemade chocolate peanut butter you can make in under 10 minutes using clean, pantry-friendly ingredients.
Ingredients
2 cups roasted unsalted peanuts
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2–3 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons coconut or avocado oil
½ teaspoon sea salt
Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract or espresso powder
Instructions
1. Add peanuts to a food processor and blend until creamy.
2. Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, oil, and salt.
3. Blend again until smooth, scraping sides as needed.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness or salt.
5. Transfer to a clean jar and store at room temp or refrigerate.
Notes
Adjust sweetness to taste.
Add chocolate chips or swirl almond butter for variations.
Refrigerated spread lasts up to 3 weeks.
