Description
This creamy pistachio butter is rich, nutty, and ridiculously simple to make with just one ingredient. Perfect for spreading, baking, or snacking.
Ingredients
2 cups roasted, unsalted pistachios
1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)
1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
1/4 tsp cinnamon or vanilla (optional)
Instructions
1. Add pistachios to a food processor.
2. Blend until mixture forms crumbs, then paste.
3. Continue blending until smooth and creamy.
4. Add optional ingredients if using and blend again.
5. Transfer to glass jar and store sealed.
Notes
Roast raw pistachios at 325°F for 8–10 minutes before blending.
Add a tsp of neutral oil if the texture feels dry.
Store at room temp up to 2 weeks or refrigerate for a month.
